Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Introduction
These terms and conditions of sale ("Conditions of sale") govern the purchase of the products that we promote and sell on this Site ("Products") and the delivery of such Products in the countries to which we carry out the delivery service. "Website" means the website www.orlee.ch When you make a purchase on this Website, you will be asked to accept these Conditions of Sale; Their acceptance implies the stipulation of a contract governed by the same. Therefore it is important to carefully read the Conditions of Sale before placing an order for Products on the Site ("Order").

2. Who are we?
In these Conditions of Sale, "Orlee" means the Seller of the Products, or the single-member company ORLEE based in Giuseppe Cattori 15, 6600 Locarno. You can contact us at the contact details specified on the Contact Us page, which is handled by our Customer Service.

3. Are the product descriptions and prices shown accurate?
We do our best to ensure that the product information is accurate and up to date. However, we cannot guarantee that there will be no errors in the description and / or price of the Products, nor that the Products will always be available if you wish to place an order for purchase.
Also, the colors displayed on the screen may depend on the system and computer settings, so we cannot guarantee that they will be reproduced correctly.
We reserve the right to change information on Products displayed on our Site, including prices, descriptions and availability. However, these changes will not affect Orders for which we have already sent you an Order Receipt email (see below).

4. How can I make a purchase on this Site?
Below are all the steps necessary to make a purchase (or, in legal terms, to conclude a purchase contract) on our Site.
At the end of the procedure we will provide the finalized contract, which will also be available to us - albeit not modifiable - in the future.

Step 1: Place your order
To complete a purchase, you must first order a product. The Order must therefore be accepted by us.
To place an Order you must be 18 years old. To place an Order, you must select Products on the Site, choose the preferred shipping option and, if desired, other optional services; Finally, click on the "BUY" button. Orders placed in a manner other than those specified above will not be accepted.

2nd Step: We confirm receipt of the Order
When you place an Order through the Site, you will receive an automatic email confirming receipt of the Order ("Order Receipt Email"). The order receipt email contains all the order details of your order, such as order number, product information, prices, shipping address, delivery cost, etc.). Remember that the Order Receipt Email DOES NOT constitute acceptance of the Order.

Step 3: we confirm that the products have been sent - contract concluded!
Once your Order has been accepted, we will send you an email confirming the shipment of all or some of the Products ("Shipping Confirmation Email").
Receipt of the Shipping Confirmation e-mail means that your order has been accepted and the purchase contract has been completed with reference to the Products actually shipped. The contract consists of your Order, your Order Receipt and Shipping Confirmation e-mails and the Conditions of Sale in force at the specific time. No other terms and conditions will apply.
The Shipping Confirmation email will contain a non-editable copy of the Conditions of Sale applicable at the time of the purchase agreement, for your future reference.
Cases of non-acceptance of Orders
Even if we do our best to always accept Orders, it can happen that an Order is rejected, for example if:
the. Provide incomplete, inaccurate or fraudulent information about your identity, age, payment information, billing information, shipping address;
ii. We detect an error on our Site for the Products ordered, for example in the price or in the description displayed;
ii. The products you have ordered are out of stock or no longer available;
IV. We have reason to believe that your intent is to resell the Products.
If we cannot accept your order, we will contact you as soon as possible, and in any case within 30 days from the date of the Order. 7. I want to return a Product I purchased on the Site. What should I do?
We hope you are fully satisfied with your purchase on Orlee, but we understand that you may wish to make all or some of the Products. You can return the Products if you are not satisfied or if you simply change your mind, within 30 days of receipt (right of withdrawal).
In both cases, you are entitled to a refund.

8. Who can I contact if I have a problem with a purchase or a Product, or to make a complaint? Does Orlee offer after sales service to customers?
If you have any problems or wish to file a complaint in relation to a Product or a purchase made on the Site, or you simply need after-sales assistance, you can contact us at the contact details on our Contact Us page, managed by our Customer Service.

9. What are Orlee's responsibilities if there is a problem with a purchase or product?
Our liability for any damage attributable to slight negligence, regardless of the legal basis, will be limited to the following: (i) we will be liable for a maximum foreseeable amount of damages typical of this type of contract for breach of material contractual obligations; (ii) we will not be liable for minor violations of other applicable due diligence requirements.
The above limitations of liability do not apply to legal liability and liability for personal injury. These limitations of liability do not apply even if and to the extent that VF has provided a specific guarantee. The provisions described above equally apply to our liability for low costs.
In any case, you are required to take appropriate measures to avoid and reduce the harm.
We also remind you that we cannot be held liable for any delay or failure to fulfill our obligations under the Terms of Sale where such delay or non-compliance is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to, natural disasters, wars or civil conflicts, strikes, government interventions, omissions by suppliers, misrepresentation of information or failure to pay for you. We will notify you of such unforeseen events as soon as possible and will do our best to reduce their impact on our performance as far as reasonably possible. If the interruption is due for more than 2 weeks, you can cancel the Order and get a refund.
Nothing in these Terms of Sale will affect your rights as a consumer, such as the right of withdrawal or the right to a free warranty to cover any defects.

10. Does this site collect and process my personal data? Because? As?
By placing your Order, you give us permission to store, process and use your personal data for the processing of your Order. We will process your data according to our Privacy Policy.

11. Use of the Site
Use of this Site is also subject to the Site Terms of Use.

12. What is the applicable law? Does the Court have jurisdiction in the event of a dispute? Does Orlee adhere to a code of conduct?
These Terms of Sale are governed in all respects by Swiss law, with the exception of the conflict-of-law rules. The Lugano Commercial Court will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes arising from a purchase made on this Site or referring to any Product, without prejudice to any right provided for by the mandatory provisions of the applicable legislation to incriminate legal actions in the place of residence or domicile.
